Open incidents for downstream providers are now resolved. Upon assessing impact, fewer than 1% of event-triggered marketing flow messages were impacted during this window, and no transactional flow messages were lost.

Ongoing event processing delays may result in a subset (approximately 12.5%) of flow email and SMS messages being skipped, if more than 4 hours have elapsed since the message's expected send time. Impacted customers should expect subsequent follow-up once affected messages can be measured. We will continue to provide updates here.

In addition to the delays in analytics and signup form event processing, real-time segment processing is also experiencing delays. Segments may be out of date by up to 2 hours at the time of this update. Flows triggered by segments, as well as segment-targeted forms, may be impacted. We are working to restore real-time processing, and will continue to post updates here.

Due to an ongoing AWS incident, we are experiencing a range of degradations in the Klaviyo application. This includes elevated error rates using the Klaviyo app, processing signup form events, and delays in analytics processing.
