Update
This incident is resolved. No additional errors evident in the sql server log during six operational data syncs. VisionCatM Fleet OK with greater than 90% reporting. Followup with vendor is underway to best characterize contributing cause for additional remediations to achieve recurrence control.

Monitoring
The implementation appears to have rectified the internals issue. We will continue to monitor and update once domestic sites are in generation in daytime.

Identified
An issue was identified, a remedial fix implemented by modifying specific data-driven parameters and is being used to assure effectiveness. Additional data is also being collected to identify potential contributing factors, prior to engaging the third-party vendor.
