We have seen that our systems are stable again and that the problem is resolved. As said since 12:17 CET everything is working as expected.

Monitoring

We have seen that since 11:55 CET some payments were coming in again. Around 12:17 CET we see that payments are coming in normal. We have put mitigating measures so our systems are working again. We are monitoring the situation.

Identified

At this moment we are experiencing a full credit card outage since 11:40 CET. Therefore, it's currently not possible to pay with Credit Card.

We will update this status report when the issue is resolved.
