This incident is now fully resolved. Mail log processing has caught up and the SMX portal search and reports will reflect current status. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The reported problems are due to a database performance problem, which we have now resolved. Our log processing system is working through the log backlog now, and is expected to bring mail search and reporting up to date within a couple of hours.

Investigating
We are investigating delays to message search and reporting in the SMX portal. Mail flow is not affected.
