Update

We are seeing improved performance on Production environment. We are currently seeing API traffic flowing normally as of 7:46AM PST. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

We have identified a spike in API errors starting at 7:39am PST. We are actively investigating this issue and will provide an update shortly.
