Amazon Web Services has confirmed connectivity issues with multiple regions. We are continuing to monitor status reports from AWS. We are seeing some renewed connectivity to our SchoolMint products.

Investigating
We are currently aware that some customers are unable to login to SchoolMint products. Our preliminary investigation has determined that Amazon Web Services is experiencing connectivity issues with their hosting region in Oregon.

This incident affected: SchoolMint Enroll (Family Portal, Admin Portal, Sync Service) and Enrollment Admin Portal, Enrollment Family Portal, SchoolFinder, Hero, Enrollment Portal (SmartChoice).
