The rate of Do Not Honor refusals is back to normal for the Spanish issuing bank Mastercajas.
This issue is thus considered to be resolved.

The error rate is back to normal for Do Not Honor on french payments since May 11 - 6:20PM UTC.
We will provide an update on spanish payments as soon as more information becomes available.

You may experience a high rate of "Transaction refused by the bank (Do not honor)" errors on french and spanish payments:
Do Not Honor errors in Spain: - Since May 10 - 8:00 AM UTC. - Linked to the issuing bank Mastercajas SA (50% of payments ending in Do Not Honor). - Affecting mainly 3DS2 frictionless payments. - Requesting more strong customer authentication (SecureMode=FORCE) may improve conversion until issue gets resolved.
Do Not Honor errors in France: - Since May 11 - 1:30 PM UTC. - Mainly linked to the issuing banks: Crédit Mutuel Strasbourg/Maine Anjou, CMUT Océan, CIC, Scalbert Dupont, Nancéienne Varin Bernier & Cred. Indus. de l'ouest. - Affecting 3DS2 frictionless and strongly authenticated payments.
