The fix has been applied on a few of the Orchestrator instances now. Test Job Triggers are now working fine for Community users in West Europe and Enterprise customers in Australia and Singapore geo. We are in process of applying the fix on rest of the instances and will update accordingly.

Investigating
Test Schedules execution is currently suspended in Orchestrator on all regions. As a workaround, Test Schedules can be disabled and then re-enabled. We are currently working on a solution that will fix this functionality. Note that Test Jobs can still be triggered manually.
