UPDATE>>2020-12-16 17:00 PM EST: All remediation activities are complete - customer suppression list entries have been removed for all Google recipients (gmail.com and other Google domains) marked as invalid for the period of this incident: 17:00 EST December 14 - 19:00 EST December 15.

Our data shows this incident is resolved - the rate of invalid recipients (hard bounces) to Google is within normal levels. (For more information see https://www.google.com/appsstatus#hl=en-GB&v=issue&sid=1&iid=a8b67908fadee664c68c240ff9f529ab)

We are starting remediation activities to delete customer suppression list entries for all Gmail.com recipients marked as invalid for the period of this incident: 17:00 EST December 14 - 19:00 EST December 15. (Subsequent remediation will likely include all other domains managed by Google - they represent a small portion of recipients (0.5%)).

We will provide an update on our remediation activities at 23:00 EST today.

You may see a higher rate of invalid recipients for your Gmail subscribers than expected.

We are exploring the appropriate remediation activities.
