Our engineers are continuing to investigate the login/access issue for a subset of customers and are still diligently working to implement a fix. We can confirm that existing stored data is safely stored. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA yet and appreciate your patience during this extended service interruption.

We have implemented a fix allowing most users to re-connect and login to the website. Some users may see intermittent connection issues while our team is still working to deploy a permanent fix.
