Preliminary root cause: Our preliminary investigation indicates the metadata database temporarily entered a degraded state, preventing users from accessing multiple Snowflake services.

Customer experience: Customers may have been unable to access Snowflake services. Please note that a subset of customers may continue to experience Snowpipe ingestion delays while existing queues are processed.
