The incident has been resolved. Sync wait times for both QuickBooks Online & Xero have returned to normal.

Monitoring
The main issue has been resolved and the codat portal and api are now accessible again.

We are currently seeing delays on syncs from Xero and QuickBooks Online due to a backlog of requests that are now being completed. We are continuing to monitor these and expect normal service to resume shortly.

We will provide a next update no later than 18:30 BST.

Identified
We have identified a database issue that is causing requests to the Codat API in production to fail.

This is also causing the Codat portal, and Link, to be unavailable / not load correctly.

Our engineers are currently working on a fix to restore service.

We will provide a next update no later than 17.30 BST
