We have now resolved this issue and stats should now be being correctly published to Datadog and Librato.
We have had to drop the backlog of pending stats accrued during this incident to ensure publishing can resume. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We are currently investigating an issue with exporting data to our stats integrations. Channels metrics in Datadog and Librato are currently delayed
