We are continuing to work on a solution.
As a workaround, backup status\statistics can be viewed on the organization-level "Reports" page.

Identified
We have identified an issue with organization Dashboard page loading in x360Cloud - it takes minutes to load and it is missing a portion of data when loaded: "Recent Activity" and "Backup Status" sections. The web application remains online, other pages are accessible and functional. We are working on a resolution.
