SSX production North America (US-East-1) environment will undergo scheduled maintenance on the following date (see below) to deploy important infrastructure changes to simplify operational complexity, enhanced security and to reduce cost.

We will migrate our core workloads from current self-managed Kubernetes cluster to AWS EKS managed Kubernetes cluster.
During this time, core SSX services will not be available.

The maintenance window will last for about 180 minutes (3 Hours)

During this maintenance window, the following capabilities will be impacted.

SSX Core Services:
All Tenant and Device management api calls will be unavailable.
No new tenant or device can be on-boarded during the maintenance window.
All device communication Api calls will be unavailable (Api proxy service will be unavailable).
Customers will not be able to send commands to their devices.

SSX Eventing Service:
Existing devices will be able to continue sending events to the cloud.
New connections cannot be initiated during the upgrade
Incident promotion should continue to work

SSX Telemetry Service:
Existing devices will be able to continue to send telemetry to the cloud.

SSX UI Portal:
SSX UI portal will also be in maintenance mode during this maintenance window.
Customers will be able to login or cross-launch from SecureX but they will not be able to retrieve any tenant or device related data
Tenant linking/Unlinking functionality will not be available
