Our systems have completed the indexing of backlogged motion thumbnails as of 3:05 EST. The identified issue has been resolved.

Update
Our systems are indexing a backlog of uploaded and auto-extracted video thumbnails for inclusion in Delivery API metadata responses. Until the backlog is cleared, some video thumbnails that were uploaded after 17:00 UTC 11-Jan-2022 might not appear in Delivery API playlists, even though the thumbnail appears in your JW Dashboard. We will post updates to this page when the indexing is complete. Still image thumbnails are not affected.

UPDATE: Tags and custom parameters are new being delivered via the Delivery API again. Delivery of newly created video/motion thumbnails continues to be delayed.

UPDATE: The backlog is still being processed and the complete resolution for tags and custom parameters being delivered via the Delivery API can take another 30 minutes.

UPDATE: Delivery of newly created video/motion thumbnails (created from 17:00 UTC 11-Jan-2022) will be delayed. They will fall back to the default still thumbnails.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where tags and custom parameters may not be appearing in our Delivery API endpoints for newly uploaded videos.

UPDATE: Appropriate mitigation steps are being taken. ETA for resolution is approx. 30 minutes.
