Between the hours 01:18 UTC and 01:25 UTC, on January 30th we identified an issue where customers from Europe and Australia were unable to process submissions.

The service is currently operating as expected.

While we are continuing to investigate the cause of the disruption, we are closely monitoring the service to avoid a reoccurrence.
