On June 23rd at 2:13pm UTC, Anaplan engineers were alerted to an issue regarding users being unable to use the Administration feature. We believe that this issue was a recurrence of the June 9th incident. While we continue to partner with our vendors to conduct a comprehensive investigation, unfortunately we have been unable to solidify a root cause as of today.
To mitigate and diagnose any reoccurrence of this issue in the future, additional alerting, monitoring and processes have been put in place to gather further diagnostic data from which we will be able to determine a conclusive root cause and appropriate long-term corrective actions.
We understand the impact that this interruption has on your experience, so we want to reassure you that we will continue to treat this issue and the identification of its root cause as a priority. We are working diligently to improve our systems and processes to help prevent this issue from occurring again. We appreciate your understanding, and we thank you for your support.
