'Oops, something went wrong' error on the Course Page

Postmortem

We have identified the root cause of the issue with the "Oops, something went wrong" error on the Course information page. It was related to LMS365 hash mechanism which is used to load latest web part versions. Engineering team has mitigated the issue and improved the hash mechanism to avoid such issues in future.
To avoid similar cases in the future, we have made appropriate code changes.
