Identified
We have identified the root cause of the issue to be a third-party dependency outage. In addition to Workflow and Alert delays, further impact of this outage includes but may not be limited to On-Demand Workflow delays, action execution delays, and some sync delays. Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing Alerts and Alerts-based Workflows from triggering. Custom Workflow triggers and events-based Workflows are still running as expected.
