All prior site ingest blocks removed, and monitoring for ingestion shows workaround successful. We continue to pursue an RCA with the vendor.

Update
Most reporting sites now have data propagating and a recurrence control fix is deployed. We are continuing to monitor progress and will provide updates as required. Conversations underway with vendor to investigate timeline of backend changes for correlation with data acquisition pipeline paralysis experienced for recent sites, which required our administrative intervention.
