Update
We have re-enabled access log processing. There will be a short delay to the availability of usage metrics and download counts whilst these are being processed.

Update
We've temporarily stopped access log processing while waiting for the maintenance to be completed. Once maintenance has completed we will re-enable processing and post a further update.

Monitoring
A backlog of access logs which are due to be processed has formed as a result of maintenance being performed on the primary database. This impacts accounting (e.g. usage, metrics and entitlement restrictions), as well as retrieval and display of recent download logs for repositories. Package downloading/uploading is not affected.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and will provide updates on the progress of the maintenance and backlog processing.
