Fitbit has resolved the issue and we are monitoring the solution. Please sync your Fitbit device and app to send your activities to Strava. If that doesn’t work, you can export your GPS activities from Fitbit using these instructions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1133.htm. To import them to Strava, upload the files here: https://www.strava.com/upload/select.
