Investigating
Dear Customers,
Our systems have detected delayed disbursements, withdrawals and remittances processing related UnionBank and SBC partners. While we investigate, we expect the following impact:
- All disbursements and withdrawals - All regional remittance payouts with amounts - No impact for transactions with amount more than PHP 50,000.
We will continue to monitor and keep you updated as we work with the partner to investigate the issue.
Ask: Please refrain from transacting with amounts less than or equal to 50k PHP in the meantime.
