This issue was caused by the introduction of some updates to the report delivery process in March.

A change was rolled back to address the issue, and additional adjustments were made this week, but it has not fully resolved the problem.

Our teams have identified another factor that has introduced latency in report creation and delivery and will be addressing it in May.

We expect there may be some similar delays to reports that will occur 5/2/23, until this other factor can be addressed.

This issue has been resolved.
We have identified the likely cause of the latent report delivery and will be working to adjust behavior and performance to try to prevent similar such issues in the future.

Monitoring
Some ProPay Reports were delayed delivering this morning.
Teams have reviewed and verified that expected reports have delivered now, but will continue to review the underlying cause for the delay.
