This issue was caused by the introduction of some updates to the report delivery process in March.
A change was rolled back to address the issue, and additional adjustments were made this week, but it has not fully resolved the problem.
Our teams have identified another factor that has introduced latency in report creation and delivery and will be addressing it in May.
We expect there may be some similar delays to reports that will occur 5/2/23, until this other factor can be addressed.
