We have deployed a fix and Fivetran's API is operating as expected. We are continuing to monitor the results.
Incident Summary:
One of Fivetran's API service clusters received an incorrect Java image, which resulted in some API calls erroring with HTTP 500 and outputting the error message "ERROR: column t.parent_id does not exist". The cluster has now been patched with the correct Java version.
