Identified
We have identified an issue with BlueJeans Events, where the "Moderator Chat" option is not available for already scheduled/ planned Events. This issue is not seen with any newly scheduled Events (Events that are scheduled after 11pm, 23rd May PDT). Our Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue.

As a work-around please follow steps below to enable this feature before starting your scheduled/ planned Event.
1. Login to your BlueJeans Account on Browser.
2. Go to Events tab and select the Event to edit.
3. Click on Edit & then Settings
4. Enable "Moderator Chat"
5. Start the Event and you should see the "Moderator Chat" icon in the Event.
