This incident has been resolved. The remaining reports have been moved a new cluster and are running normally. Newly-submitted reports have been running normally since July 30.

Update
Significant progress was made this weekend with nearly all reporting-related jobs caught up. The team will assess any remaining jobs and ensure the cluster is operating as normal before moving this issue to Resolved.

Bazaarvoice is continuing to monitor to ensure all reports successfully complete. As a result of some steps taken to ensure report completion, some clients may receive reports they were not expecting as reports are rerun.

Bazaarvoice is seeing that Portal Reports are successfully running and we are continuing to monitor to ensure this is true for all reports affected by this issue. We will plan to rerun any reports as needed. We will confirm here when we are confident that all reports have run as expected.

Update
Bazaarvoice identified that Portal roles had been removed from users, preventing login. We are working to restore the Portal roles to resolve the Portal login functionality. Investigation into the root cause is also ongoing.

Bazaarvoice has identified an infrastructure issue that is causing a degradation of Portal Reports. Bazaarvoice is taking steps to stabilize Portal Reports. Reports that fail to run as scheduled during this time will be manually rerun when the issue has been resolved. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available, whichever comes first.
