Microsoft has updated with a rollback notice on the change that was causing the issue and we are currently monitoring.

LiveHelp users may be currently experiencing drops in service at this time. This may result in drops in connection during engagements.

This is related to some issues with Microsoft's server and network infrastructure - https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status
