Update
Integration webhooks are now processing in real-time. No data was lost as a result of the delays.

We continue to observe event processing delays of 30 minutes for 12.5% of accounts. Certain metrics within campaign, flow, and dashboard reports may appear unpopulated or outdated.

As of 7:30 pm US Eastern Time, 30% of form analytics are not being captured.

Update
We are starting to see some improvement across components of the Klaviyo application.

Flow email delays for most accounts have returned to real-time. We continue to monitor a small subset of accounts that continue to see delays.

Issues encountered while manually creating and updating segments have subsided. All manually created segments moving forward should populate without further issues.

Webhook processing delays persist across integrations, but are improving. This continues to impact flows and segments that use these events.

As of 5:30 pm US Eastern Time, 85% of form analytics are not being captured.

Unfortunately, we are seeing additional impact to our Klaviyo application.

We are currently experiencing a delay in Flow email sending, where Flow emails may be delayed up to 60 minutes.

Manual segments continue to take longer to update when users click to create a new segment or update a segment's definition. Real-time automatic updates to existing segments may be impacted for a subset of accounts.

Webhook processing delays persist across integrations. This continues to impact flows and segments that use these events.

As of 3:35 pm US Eastern time, 50% of form analytics are not being captured.

Due to an ongoing AWS incident, we are experiencing a range of degradations in the Klaviyo application.

We are experiencing webhook processing delays across integrations that use webhooks including Shopify, BigCommerce, Stripe, and Aftership. Flows triggered by these events may be impacted.

Beginning at 12:15 pm US Eastern time, 84% of form analytics are not being captured.
