Monitoring
The back pressure observed on the 2013 servers has been resolved. We will continue to monitor the servers. Emails that have been delayed are delivering on the next attempt at this time.

Investigating
We have observed intermittent email delivery delays for users on the Exchange+ 2013 platform. The cause is being investigated and we hope to resolve the problem quickly. Emails are in the Mailprotector queue waiting for retry if the message is not initially accepted by the Exchange servers.
