We have now monitored all services for 24 hours and everything is stable.

The preliminary investigation of the incident says that the disruption was caused by a bug in Microsoft Windows. This in turn made one of our SQL clusters unstable and the cluster service no longer worked as expected.

We apologize for the inconvenience this have caused.
