On March 10th at approximately 12:46 am PT, Anaplan experienced a service disruption that resulted in users experiencing intermittent issues when running integrations.
Our engineers responded quickly to alerts and swiftly categorized the criticality of the incident. All teams actively engaged in mitigation and resolution which included an adjustment to our API service configurations and the requirement to restart some services. A full risk assessment took place prior to the changes and restarts to ensure the integrity of the platform was maintained, but it ultimately led to a prolonged resolution time.
After implementing the necessary changes to our integration services and completing the restarts, our engineers have run some tests internally to confirm that the service was functional as expected. We have then confirmed with customers that the service was restored at approximately 10:06pm PT.
