The issue with trial creation has been resolved.
Identified
BigCommerce engineers have implemented a fix and users can now change the domain applied to their stores. Engineers are also deploying a fix for trial creation. We will continue to provide updates as they come through.
Investigating
BigCommerce engineers are currently investigating an issue with changing the domain name applied to stores, which may also impact creating new trials. We will provide an update shortly.
