Update
We will continue to monitor the environment as the incident on our cloud provider side is still unresolved, and we are in communication with them reporting the impacts we have had on our infrastructure.
Punctual reflexes, such as disconnections, will continue to be investigated and dealt with by the team.

Status: Some customers may experience unavailability in sending messages through the Whatsapp channel, both by Bot and Desk.
