All message queues have returned to normal. Primary systems have been restored, however, we're continuing to route traffic through backup systems while we verify that there are no further issues.

Monitoring
We have identified an issue with one of our connectivity providers. Mail is being sent using backup systems while we wait for more information from the provider. We are continuing to monitor the issue.

Update
Outbound filtering has been manually switched to backup systems. Mail is being delivered. It may take several minutes for queued messages to be delivered.

We are still investigating the cause of the issue.

Inbound filtering has switched to backup systems, and appears to be operating normally. It may take several minutes for queued messages to be delivered.

Outbound filtering is still experiencing an outage, we are investigating.
