We continue to observe recovery from the issue causing call failures and we will continue to monitor to ensure full recovery. We expect to provide another update in 1 hour.

Monitoring
Between 2300 UTC 18th May and 0000 UTC 19th May, users may have experienced a greyed out `call button` on the Aircall Desktop App and were not able to make or receive calls during this time. This issue has been mitigated and and expect to provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
