The issue is now fixed and the processing delays are now fully resolved. We are actively monitoring the service to see that the situation remains normal.

Our worker queue has a large number of slow running requests coming through. We are working on identifying the root cause. Apps will have long delays but please be assured actions will take place once the issue is resolved.
