Update
The fix has been deployed now however syncing the changes is taking some additional time and is estimated to be completed by 5:30 pm PDT.

Update
The fix will be deployed around 4:00 pm. After the fix is deployed Next Gen RBAC changes will still need to get synced which can take up to 30 minutes.

We are currently investigating the issue. RBAC changes are currently delayed and new users may not be able to access Next Gen at the moment.
