Identified

We have identified the root cause of the issue that is impacting multiple parts of the platform and are actively working towards resolution. Additionally, we have determined that Survey Editing as well as Distributions, XM Directory, Survey Taking, and Website/App Feedback are currently impacted in the European region.

This incident affected: Surveys (Survey Taking, Survey Editing), Distributions (Email, SMS (Text)), XM Directory & Contacts (XM Directory Automations, XM Directory Imports, Directory Contacts), and Website / App Insights (WAI Project Editing, Session Replay, Visitor Intercept Display).
