We are continuing to monitor this and should resolve shortly. We will send out the all clear once operations have returned to normal.

Monitoring

We have fixed the issue and data between Locus and Alsoenergy platforms is now stable we are expecting 1 to 3 hours till data is backfilled, this is for a small subset of users. We will be monitoring until operations return to normal.

Locus customers viewing their data in the PTWeb portal may have delays, we are currently investigating the issue and will update as soon as we have a root cause.
