The root cause of the 502 Gateway Error has been identified. The engineering team is applying an update to the infrastructure. Access to SmartChoice will be interrupted until approximately 4:15pm CST / 5:15pm EST.

Our engineering team is currently investigating reports of customers unable to access their SmartChoice enrollment portal. Customers are receiving a 502 Gateway Error message. The team is aware of the issue and working to restore access to the application.
