HubSpot Support through Live Chat and Conversations is now fully available. There was minor and limited impact to Live Chat and Conversations for some HubSpot customers in their HubSpot portals that has been fully resolved. No messages were lost, and live chat is working as expected in all customer portals.

Upon investigation, this incident impacted access to HubSpot Support through Live Chat and Conversations. There was minor and limited impact to Live Chat or Conversations for some HubSpot customers in their HubSpot portals. No messages were lost, and Conversations is working as expected in all customer portals.

We’re monitoring the resolution, and access to HubSpot Support through Live Chat is recovering.

New HubSpot Conversations are currently unavailable. Existing conversations will continue as expected, but the live chat widget for new incoming conversations has been disabled while we investigate.
