Description
There has been an outage with Microsoft 365 Services

Impacted Services:
Microsoft Azure hosts a large number of SIS' services, services impacted will be communicated in subsequent updates.

Resolution:
Microsoft had a worldwide network outage affecting users of Office 365, Teams and Azure. The outage was caused by a network change that needed to be reverted, Microsoft have said they will send a post incident review out within three days and a full review two weeks following that, with a deep dive into the issue and what was done to recover it.

We have been monitoring since recovery and believe all of our services are working as normal, please do let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

25/01/23 – 10:35 – Update 2:
Microsoft have rolled back the network change which was the root cause of the outage, we are still awaiting confirmation that the incident has been fully resolved.

Update by Service:
- CAP2 and CAP1 are working
- Betfred are having issues with data for their TV production, Bangalore still affected
- 2DB is working again
- Data feeds to customers appear to be OK, with all data coming in and going out OK.
- Lotto365 is working, but not currently on the bet365 site until we can confirm the Microsoft Issue is resolved
- Trader is working fine with all data

We have had issues with various bits of pass through data from the PA, we have restarted data processing apps and we believe all data is now working as expected.

25/01/23 – 09:35 – Update 1 – By Service:
- CAP2 and CAP1 are working but without Indian Racing
- Betfred are having issues with data for their TV production, data for Indian and Kilkenny
- 2DB has some 'stuck' virtuals from this morning
- Data feeds to customers appear to be OK, with the exception of Indian passthrough data
- Lotto365 is working, but not currently on the bet365 site until we can confirm the Microsoft Issue is resolved.
- Trader has been up and down but working at the moment
