Convera has resolved their incident restoring service to the FX Draft system.

Convera (previously known as Western Union) has notified Central 1 they are experiencing system issues and credit unions trying to order a draft will not be able to access the FX Drafts system.

Users are receiving a service unavailable error message when accessing FX Drafts.

Central 1 will provide an update by Tuesday, September 6th, 12 p.m. PT (3 p.m. ET) or sooner if the incident is resolved.
