Twilio has pushed a fix on their side and everything is returning to normal. As Twilio processes through its message backlog, you may see a bit of a delay when sending or receiving SMS.

Our telephony provider, Twilio, is currently experiencing issues with their SMS platform. During this time, SMS in Close may have difficulty sending or being received.

Twilio is currently working on a fix for this issue.
