Issue with displaying some SCORM packages

The problem with displaying some SCORM packages was caused by code changes made with May release. To solve the issue our team has released a hotfix with proper code changes.

We are going to improve testing process to prevent similar cases from happening in the future.

Our Operational team is applying a hotfix and for the moment the issue has been fixed for the following regions: LMS365 North Europe, LMS365 United States, LMS365 Canada, LMS365 United Kingdom, LMS365 Germany, LMS365 Government Cloud.
LMS365 Japan and LMS365 Australia will be updated soon today.

Identified
We are currently aware of an issue some customers face with SCORM packages which are not displaying in LMS365 player. The users see the "BlobNotFound" error. We have found out the root cause of the issue and work on the fix.
