Identified

Routine hardware upgrade resulted in the third party app failure, this is raised as Priority 1 with the vendor and waiting for the resolution. Meanwhile we have diverted the traffic to secondary node which shall process the ETL jobs however with some degraded performance. We are working on it as priority.
