We are still monitoring the issue; however at this time it seems all Cloud and Login issues should be resolved. Please restart Phonecheck as needed.

Monitoring
We are currently monitoring the issue; it seems clients are able to sign-in, however Cloud is having problems syncing causing issues with Test Plan, ESN checks and Test Results and some other minor issues. We will advise once its been fully resolved.

Investigating
We are currently looking into the issue; clients are reporting issues of not being able to login and certain Cloud features are also being affected in the process.
