realtime stats is confirmed to be back to normal operating parameters.
Please note that the missing data for the period of the incident cannot be backfilled in the UI. However, no data loss was experienced outside of Realtime stats. Therefore, WCM explore reports will not show missing data.
This incident is considered resolved.

Monitoring
A fix has been applied and we are actively monitoring the situation.
Data between 07:10AM and 11:20AM UTC time will be missing from the Realtime graphics displayed on the Streaming Metrics UI.
We apologize for all the inconveniences caused.

Update
Our team is still working on the issue. The ongoing investigation shows that there might be some data loss impacting only the Realtime status graphics displayed on the Streaming Metrics UI.
